Buyer pays all Division of Motor Vehicle fees that are associated with transferring registration.  Fees vary by state.

Buyer and seller split all administration fees associated with completing transaction.  Fees vary by state.

1.  You must be the registered owner of the plate you are looking to list, or must have written and notarized approval.

2.  Must have no obstacles or situations that would keep you from transferring plate registration, ie. tickets or warrants

3.  PlateHub.com has all right to refuse to list or remove the license plate if any there are any suspicions of forgery.
